Purpose of the register
Collected personal data is used:
For customer identification and access rights management. To deliver orders of registered users and to maintain and develop customer relations.
Basis for data collection and processing
The customer’s data is collected and processed with the customer’s consent, or for the implementation of the contract with the customer.
Data content of the register
Company name, Y-ID, E-mail address, Phone number, Username and Password.
Data retention period
Personal data is stored as long as it is needed to implement the contract with the customer or to develop customer service.
Regular sources of information
Information is collected in the register:
From the person himself. From the registers kept by the authority within the limits allowed by law (e.g. ytj.fi). Data is also collected using the Google Analytics analytics tool.
Information is not regularly disclosed outside the company. Some of the external service or software providers used by the company may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.
Use of cookie
