Please note that the following terms and conditions apply to all customers of Modo, a syrup manufacturing company. By placing an order with Modo, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions:
- Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by Modo. Modo reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, and in its sole discretion.
- Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of order. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer.
- Shipping: Modo will ship your order to the address provided at the time of purchase. Modo is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
- Returns: Modo does not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Modo within 48 hours of receipt to arrange for a replacement.
- Intellectual Property: All content on the Modo website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Modo or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce any content without Modo’s prior written consent.
- Limitation of Liability: Modo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use its products or services. In no event shall Modo’s liability exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or service.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Modo is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
- Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Modo with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
